Honda Radiator Installation Instructions
1. Disconnect the unfavorable cable from the battery to cut back the chance of electrical shock. 4. Exchange and tighten the hoses to the radiator. Place the hose clamps on the tip of the hose, slide the hose into place and then slide the hose clamp 1 inch away from the top of the hose. Tighten the clamp. Plug in the electrical connector for the cooling-fan switch.
5. Refill the cooling system with coolant. Examine the hoses and bottom of the radiator for leaks. Make sure that the radiator cap is tightened.
